Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp host two home series at VyStar Ballpark in June

The Triple-A baseball team plays 13 home games this month at the downtown riverfront stadium, with Pride Night and Thirsty Thursday specials headlining this week's action.

The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp return to VyStar Ballpark for two home series this month, bringing 13 games of Triple-A baseball action to downtown Jacksonville's riverfront stadium through mid-June.

The team opens a six-game series against the Nashville Sounds on Monday, June 2, followed by a seven-game homestand against the Gwinnett Stripers starting June 9. Thursday's game will feature Pride Night in partnership with River City Pride, alongside Coors Light Thirsty Thursday promotions offering $2 and $3 draft beer specials all evening.

What's happening

The Jumbo Shrimp host the Nashville Sounds for six games from Monday, June 2, through Sunday, June 7. Weeknight games begin at 7 p.m., with Saturday's game starting at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday's matinee at 2 p.m.

The Gwinnett Stripers series runs Tuesday, June 9, through Sunday, June 14, following the same schedule pattern: 7 p.m. weeknight starts, 6:30 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday.

Thursday, June 4, features two promotions: Pride Night, presented with local LGBTQ+ advocacy organization River City Pride, and the weekly Thirsty Thursday discount night offering draft beers for $2 and $3 throughout the game.
