First Coast Observer is independently owned and operated by Sam Avanessov, who serves as owner and publisher.
Funding disclosure
The publication is currently self-funded and does not receive outside editorial funding. If a donor, sponsor, advertiser, contributor, or other material funding relationship is added, this page will identify the relationship and the applicable editorial boundary.
Outside business interests
The publisher has outside business interests. When an article concerns a business, transaction, person, or market in which the publisher has a material financial or ownership interest, the relationship must be disclosed on the article.
