Status

First Coast Observer is currently in development as an independent journalism project covering Northeast Florida. The site is operated by a single owner-operator; there is no board, no paid staff, and no outside funding at this time.

As the project takes on contributors, donors, or a formal organizational structure, this page will be updated to disclose those relationships in full.

Editorial Independence

We will never accept funding from real estate developers, construction companies, or any entity that might benefit from favorable coverage of development projects in our coverage area.

All editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship.
