Drivers on State Road 16 in St. Johns County will need to learn a new way to navigate two key intersections starting in mid-to-late September. St. Johns County Public Works is completing an intersection improvement project that will replace unsignalized left turns at Stratton Boulevard and Industry Center Road with a signalized U-turn design recommended by the Florida Department of Transportation.
