Application 2026-002 seeks conceptual approval for the hotel, which would include conference and event space, a rooftop lounge, restaurant, and ground floor café. The proposed development would feature a mix of boutique hotel and extended stay accommodations with amenities.

The project incorporates three stories of on-site parking. The hotel is planned for Baptist Health's Southbank campus location.
